This workout consists of plyometric exercises mixed with ab/core exercises. Plyometric exercises are excellent for building speed, strength and endurance. Not to mention, they elevate the heart rate quite a bit and burn lots of calories. In this workout each plyometric exercise is followed by a core exercise for active recovery. Equipment needed is a mat, step bench or box and a dumbbell or medicine ball.

I've specified a number of reps for each exercise. Plyometric exercises are tough, so it would be very difficult to do each movement for a whole minute. Take this workout at your own pace. Turn on some great music, and follow the sequence on the workout card.
