This workout consists of two rounds of cardio and two circuit rounds. This is a high impact, full body workout. The only equipment needed is a mat and either one set of dumbbells at a medium weight, or two sets of dumbbells, one heavy set and one light set. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO WARM UP FOR 5-10 MINUTES BEFORE BEGINNING THIS WORKOUT.

This workout consists of plyometric exercises mixed with ab/core exercises. Plyometric exercises are excellent for building speed, strength and endurance. Not to mention, they elevate the heart rate quite a bit and burn lots of calories. In this workout each plyometric exercise is followed by a core exercise for active recovery. Equipment needed is a mat, step bench or box and a dumbbell or medicine ball.
