Hey everyone! I know it's been a looooong while since I updated my site but I'm back! I have an incredibly busy, tough year, My life changed drastically but I have learned so much and I would not change that aspect. I love to experience new things. I love to learn and grow. I mean, that's life, right? You can either be negative or positive and I'm choosing to be positive. :) I am incredibly grateful for all that I have.
At the beginning of the year I obtained a full time position with the Transport Team at Driscoll Children's Hospital forcing me to leave personal training, however I'm still going strong as a fitness instructor and with my workouts. I still have several workouts and tips to share with you all so I intend to do that soon!
While I don't have much time to record fitness videos anymore, there are a few clips I still need to put together. Other than that, I will be listing the workouts. Most exercises should be easy to understand. If not, I'm always here to help if you need to reach out to me!
